Redpoint Vision is a small team of technologists, storytellers, and commercial operators — built around two decades of work at the intersection of imaging, broadcast, and brand. Each of us brings a different angle. The work happens where they meet.
Sascha's career has never followed a straight line — and that's precisely what makes Redpoint Vision different. Starting out in executive consulting and international business development, he built a foundation in commercial strategy, client relationships, and finding the right fit between technology and market need.
That foundation led him to the world of broadcast robotics. Seven years at Mark Roberts Motion Control — the engineering team behind some of the most advanced camera automation systems on the planet — saw Sascha delivering robotic camera and imaging solutions for the Premier League, Bundesliga, MLS, and some of the world's most-watched sporting events. He co-created the first mobile volumetric capture stage and pioneered a live broadcast solution for virtual teleportation — putting remote presence on screen in real time.
His work brought him into deep partnership with Sky, BBC, and ITN, and helped define Nikon's broadcast strategy for global adoption. He became fluent in the language of both the engineering room and the boardroom — a rare combination that continues to define his work.
Today, Sascha leads business development at Panoblu — bringing the world's first true 360° thermal infrared vision system to the superyacht market — while running Redpoint Vision as the commercial and creative engine behind it. Both ventures are expressions of the same belief: that seeing clearly is a competitive advantage, and capturing it well is a craft.
Dorian's career has never been defined by a single discipline. Starting in brand communications and PR, he built a foundation across content strategy, digital marketing, and creative production that has underpinned everything since.
That foundation led him into nearly a decade as Film & Commercial Marketing Manager at one of the world's leading motion control and broadcast robotics companies. There he directed global product launches spanning brand design, PR, and video production; produced an immersive XR/robotics activation at NAB that attracted thousands and earned national TV coverage; project-managed a narrative short film campaign covered in British Cinematographer; and ran the world's first advanced training summit for a specialist global community — 80+ attendees, New York. He became fluent in the language of both creative directors and engineers, building a reputation for campaigns that look extraordinary and move the commercial needle.
Alongside that, Dorian has developed a strong body of work in sports and action content creation — including boxing shoots and on-location photography under the alias Dorian Moore — that demand both technical precision and instinct under pressure.
Today he works as a fractional creative marketing consultant, currently leading marketing for a maritime tech company, while taking on project-based creative work through Redpoint Vision.
